Dash light blinking

Dash light blinking
I have a 2004 F-150, there is a small light on the top of the dash on the drivers side. This light blinks when the truck is off, continues to blink until the truck is started, does not blink while truck is running, but starts to blink as soon as the truck is turned off. Any ideas?
