what steps would i need to take to wire up a simple power seat in an 03 xlt fx4 scab? not looking to add heated seats or anything... i will be installing a single button power seat, how will i wire up everything w/o the harness, and especially if i cannot get ahold of the corresponding pigtails i will need to plug the wires into the electric track and the switch? will two 16 ga wires work for the wiring, a lead and a ground? can the pigtails be store bought? will ford sell them alone? i DO NOT want to cut the track's/switch's harnesses at all costs. i know for a fact this mod is possible, the same fuse that powers the adj pedals which i have also powers the power seat. it's just a question of how. the junkyards around here don't have shi+. please help!
