Reverse sensing system troubles

Hey there,
I just bought my 04 supercab 4X4 but there are a few minor detail that i would like to sort out. The biggest one is that the RSS system appears to be on after start up, then as soon as i put the truck in reverse, it switches itself off. I push the button on the dash but it still says "off" as long as the truck is running. Also, only one of the switches on the drivers door lights up (ie window and lock buttons), and the rest on that door only do not work. Any ideas?
Thanks

The lights on the door switch sound like the LEDs took a long lunch and never came back.

You can order a new one, this was www.oemfordparts.com

The RSS system, I don't have any ideas at the moment, will need to look.

Does anyone out there have a wiring diagram for the RSS? Also, how do i get at the interior lights in the front seat of my Scab to change a bulb? I dont want to start prying on plastic unless i know its supposed to come off.
