We have had a complete instrument cluster failure on a F150. Very little on the dash works - fuel gauge okay. Air conditioning also is out. Truck is only ten days over a year old and still under warranty. Two dealerships have said they can't fix - no parts - nationwide backorder. No eta on part. Said it could be months. Both have advised not to use truck. Despite backorder, Ford "Customer Service" says no problem with clusters and can't help even though truck under warranty. Manufacturer of part says hasn't manufactured for four months and no date yet from Ford. Anyone else with this problem - we would like to hear from you ... Ford@DMPWebPlus.com
