Heated seat on the fritz

Hi

The drivers seat in my truck is not getting hot. I have the heated and cooling buckets. The red light comes on when activated but nothing happens, The passenger set works fine. Any thoughts? Thanks

Actually it is a 2003 EB Expedition.
