Has anyone changed out the door lock actuators on a late 97-00 F150? I took off the door panel (Chilton manual instructions left a lot to be desired) to check it out. The motor/actuator seems to be accessible, but not easily. Just looking for some tips.

yup i did this one over the summer, it wasn't fun but is can be done. give me your email and i will send you all needed info. easiest way is to remove door latch.
