Turn signals, Front windshild washer and compass

I have a 2000 F150 161,000 miles, XL ex Cab 2x4 . well when it rolled over to 160, 000 it seem sliek the blower motor anda the cruse fuse died. Well today i go to swich lanes and i have neither turn signals, windsheild fulid of my compass in working. I checkd the fuse under the dash and its in good working order.
I think its soemthing in the fuse black under the hood. I was under there putting in a few new relays.
