Dash 12 Volt Accessory Outlet Not Working

Does anyone know if the 12 volt accessory outlet on the Dash of my 2005 F150 XLT 4.6L is on a seprate fuse from the cigarete lighter and the 12 volt accessory outlet behind the centre console? For some reason it isn't working on my truck but those other outlets work fine.

thanks

chris

Check your owners manual on page 228 ( 5th printing ).

Fuse #39, 20A, Instrument panel power point

There are 2 other fuses listed, 1 for the cigar lighter / DLC connector & rear power point.

If you don't have an owners manual, a search here for owner* manual would produce the 3 sites for downloading the pdf for your MY truck
