Car tweaking out :help:

My sister owns a 1994 mercury cougar first started out i was driving the car down the road went to roll up my window and the radio died the volatge meter went to zero and the abs light went on. It has electric windows and locks.
Then that same day the locks kept on pulsing the door lock motors up and down but the door wasnt unlocking. (if that makes any sense) Im guessing its a short any ideas?

Sounds pretty far-reaching for a short. Not sure what all fuses supply which accessories, but if it's feasible, perhaps try pulling the fuse for the power windows as a start? Surprised a fuse didn't blow.

At any rate, sounds like a divide-n-conquer mission.

It does sound like short and like WDE3477 said, I'm surprised a fuse didn't blow. Check the fuse panel, make sure the fuses are all the correct ratings for the circuits. Then like he said, I'd start with the pwr windows circuit and look for a short.
