i have a 2001 f150 with the 4.2

i was wondering if i could switch the instrument panel for one that has a tachometer built in because i dont have one. so yea just wondering if i could or what i would have to do to make it work or if i would have any problems. or even if there would be any problems just switching with the same one it has on there now? please helpand thank you
