I just now, since the weather is cold and windy, have a power door lock problem. Here's the deal. Either key fob, keypad or inside button will not unlock the drivers side door. It will lock! I tore the door panel off and searched around for loose or broken parts. Btw, why are door panels such a b!tch to get back on? Anyhow, I can unlock with the key no problem. Also, the lock does not make any noise or click when I try to unlock. The passenger side works fine. Any ideas on this or do I have to go to the dreaded stealership to get this fixed? Thanks. Sorry if this type of query was posted before, I searched briefly but I am tired and a little mad .

 

Can an actuator only half work or would it be the wiring I should look for?
