My horns stopped working. 99 F150, 4.6, 150,000 miles.
Relay is good, clockspring is good (cruise still works), fuse is good. I've removed the horn switch/button from the steering wheel and it doesn't work properly (open circuit/close circuit ohm testing). I'd like to replace but I know that probably means buying the whole darn steering wheel or the air bag module. The horn button/switch is actually a flat piece of pastic that opens/closes when it is deformed. I don't know where you can buy one of these units separately.
Does anyone know where you can find one of these units?
