The driver side window motor will not roll the window down after replacement it. Checked the voltages at the motor with the window switch up and have 12vdc, with the switch pressed to roll down the motor I have 8.42vdc (which is the problem). Cleaned the window door switches and replace the window relays, but still only have 8.42vdc. Appears I may have a bad ground connection somewhere.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? How was it corrected?
