Don't feel bad, going from my 2001 to my 2006, I was scratching both ends trying to find the damn thing, as the owner's manual has a rubbish description of the location.

The central Junction Box is now on the passenger side kick panel. There is a trim cover over it, to hide it that needs to be removed to get to the cover for the CJB.

If you use this picture as a reference, the lower right hand corner of the picture is the continuation of the A pillar to the floor on the passenger side

There is a finger lip on the trim cover that need you need to pull in towards the center of the truck, and the front part is 2 tabs that you woudl pull towards you ( will make more sense once you start in on it ).

Once this cover is off, then the cover for the CJB can be removed.

If you want me to I can take pictures of it later, and post them.

Good luck
