Ceiling temp display on 90' F-150

Ceiling temp display on 90' F-150
I was wondering if anybody has put a outside temp display out of a newer f-150 into a 90' f-150. I want to do this and i was wondering if anybody knew where i could get one at. im thinking about going to our local auto salvage yard but i was thinking maybe there is a website around that sells something similar.
