Raise the front door window to the closed position.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Remove the front door trim panel.
Position the watershield aside.
Remove the bolt and position the rear glass run channel aside.

Disconnect the actuating rods.
If equipped disconnect the actuating rod from the lock cylinder.
Release the locking clip.
Disconnect the exterior door handle actuating rod from the front door latch.

Remove the screws and position the front door latch aside.
Discard the screws.

Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Remove the front door latch.
Disconnect the cable from the latch.
Transfer all necessary components.
NOTE: Install the front door latch screw in the small opening first, followed by the large opening.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
If necessary, use Multi-Purpose Grease Spray F5AZ-19G209-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESR-M1C159-A to lubricate the latches.

Door Locks Not Working

I have a 2000 Harley F150, and can't figure out which relays operate the door acuators. Any help would be appreciated.

How do you know if the actuators is bad? My 01 SCREW, passenger door, the rod that connects from the lock assembly to the actuator fell off like a month after i got the truck. Now the door handle on the outside will not work but the handle on the inside does? DO i need to replace the actuator? Thanks for teh help, pics would be appreciated too.
