Exclamation Broken Powerlocks Help??

Ok. I bought my truck with powerlocks and power windows. It's an 03 with just under 60,000 miles supercab (ext w/the suicide doors right?). About a month ago I noticed the locks getting harder and harder to get to unlock on the first try. Within several days of this starting, the unlock button could not unlock the doors. When I press the unlock on the remote, the cab/lights light up like they always did but the locks won't work. You can even hear and see them trying to unlock but seem to be to weak or something. This goes for both the remote lock/unlock as well as the lock/unlock button on each of the doors. I wouldn't think it to be a fuse since it happened gradually over a few days and how the lock stem still wiggles a bit on each door when a button is pressed. I am thinking of getting something off of ebay to replace but am not sure which part. And I know the dealer will probably charge me an arm and a leg just to look at it.
HELP!!!
I appreciate any honest advice anyone's got here.

I`m not sure if there is a relay for the power locks(waiting on ford wiring manual),but it could be the relay getting weak and the contacts inside the relay are getting bad, only thing i can think of, would probably say it could be the mechancial locks, but if all doors are doing it then it must me a elec. problem.

your problem is the power door lock actuators are shot, you can replace them with the oem ford actuator for $150 (that's what i did), or buy the cheap aftermarket ones (not recomended) they seem to not have as much power as the oem ones. if you send me an email i can send you the replacement diagram out of a service book. i did my drivers door in about 2hrs and my passenger door in 35mins. i didn't get anywhere with the insallation until i got the diargram.
