hey, i have finally got my window working after replacing a motor and the drivers side switches. it works great except for one thing, it goes down then stops about 2-3 inches from the bottom. i tried looking in the door there and couldnt see much. any ideas on what the problem could be?

This might be a long shot, but try disconnecting the battery for 5 or 10 mins to reset the GEM.

 

ok i will give that a try tomorrow. but it seems that the window is possibly jammed on something

i tried that but still does the same thing. anyone have any other ideas of whats wrong?
