I bought this truck and it has some electrical problems big time , like a short or something i cant figure out.,

so iam cutting wires and making my own electrical cables., i have a problem with the wiper control unit ., when the egnition is onn (red light in dash )or key turned counterclock wise all the way wipers work ...all cool.

as soon as i start the engine the wipers stop and the control switch for the wipers doesnt respond to anything onn or off ,intermit.. nothing .,
and even if the wipers were off and then i started the engine i have the same results.
need to now where the control unit for the intermitent unit , so i can make my own wireing despite the engine onn or off, from the control to the battery.
