accesory delay issue please help

04 scab lariat. I just put in a stereo, using the factory head unit. it is the 6 disc non audiophile deck. The only wires that were touched aside from the speaker wires was the accesory delay wire into the deck(pin # 2), as this was used for amp remote power. The issue is now when I open the drivers door nothing shuts off, if i open the passenger door it shuts off as it regularly would. Also all of the windows only work on the drivers door controls, no other window controls on thee other doors work. What could be the issue? A fuse that I may have not checked? A ground wire in the drivers door got tapped by accident?

I've seen this prob. with turn on wires on that delayed circuit, basically your remote off the amp supplies enough power to keep the delayed circuit on after you've killed the system. use a relay for your turn on, or if u want a quick fix put it on acc. under the dash, just make sure to fuse your connection.

removed the accesorry delay wire as the amp remote. It is now wired as factory. The problem still exists. Power coming out of the power window master switch, but no power to any of the other switches. The on off switch is functioning properly. The drivers door still does not register when it opens to turn anything off. could this be a cpu problem

You are probably going to have to get your ACC off your radio to a diff. location. (under the dash).

To take down your undersash.. two 7mm bolts, and you are looking for a black/green. fuse your connection with a 15 amp fuse.

BTW What stereo are you using?
try spraying your drivers latch with sum wd-40 also...
GOOD LUCK!
