Fuse Question

Okay i replaced fuse 18 in my 2002 f-150. My stereo is in a protective function cause something happened with i am assuming one of the fuses. My instruemnt panel ights wont work, my a/c control ights don't work, and my stereo lights won't work.

MY fuse 18 was broken so after replacing that i thought it would fix the problem. Well no problem fixed yet. I looked in the guidebook on fuses and can't think or see any that stands out to be the problem. I have checked a few but not all them.

Any suggetsions before taking it to a stealership

A fuse is a means of providing protection to the circuit. If the fuse is blown, it's a sign there is something wrong, it is not what is wrong.

If you do not have the ability to locate the problem yourself, there are independent shops that specialize in automotive electrical work. The dealership is not the only possibility for getting your vehicle fixed.
