Installed aux backup lights with a relay and an additional switch inside the bed for fishing, working, whatever. Anyway, now all I need to do is tap into my factory wire so they come on while in reverse. Test light broke and was wanting to know the color for the wire. It's a 98 with a 4 pin trailer wire so I can't tap into that. Any help would be great.

The backup lamp circuit is BLACK/PINK from the transmission rearwards.

Thanks Steve. I'm gonna finish it up tomorrow. Freakin Mosquitos were eatin me alive at dusk so I quit. One wire to splice, put my spare back under and I'm done. Again, thanks. And yeah, guess we are practically neighbors.
