Advance Trac problem with codes, need TSBs

Advance Trac problem with codes, need TSBs
Hi,
I am having a problem with the advance trac on my 03 Navi. I found two TSBs that addressed the issue, but cannot find the full-text version (they aren't listed on this site). The two are:
* TSB #17133 -- ADVANCETRAC LIGHTING ON WITH DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE C1277 (STEERING WHEEL ANGLE 1 AND 2 CIRCUIT FAILURE) OR C1278 (STEERING WHEEL ANGLE 1 AND 2 SIGNAL FAULTED) IN THE IVD MODULE. *TT (NHTSA ID #10004050, SEPTEMBER 01 2003)
* TSB #17168 -- VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH ADVANCETRAC STABILITY ASSIST/INTERACTIVE VEHICLE DYNAMICS - IVD) MAY EXHIBIT A DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE C1998. *TT (NHTSA ID #10004061, SEPTEMBER 01 2003)
I am having both of these exact problems. I really want to read these TSBs instead of just going to the dealer and spending lots o' cash! If anybody can help me out with the full-text versions I would greatly appreciate it!!
