In Dash Wiring Harnesses

I removed my dash trim today to run a wire, and discovered an unknown to me wiring harness. I know the back up sensor control button and the cigarette lighter, but there is a third harness clipped to the back that just dead ends into the trim. There is no button on the outside. Does anybody know what the function of this is?

I want to say that is the traction control disable button, if traction control is ordered with the truck.

Seem to recall seeing a picture with a black button and white letters [TC] on it ??

I found the same wiring today when I was pulling the power plug for my GPS out of the cigarette lighter......it does correspond with the location of the TC button in my owner's manual.
