wipers gone mad

I have had the intermittent wiper issue like many others so today i did the cleaning of the contacts. I also took the lower part of the wiper switch apart and cleaned it up. After i put it back in my wipers seemed to be working okay for the moment, but the turn sigs and a high/low beam switch was stuck on high in either position. I had a new switch that i bought a few weeks back so i just figured i would put it in. Well now everything works except the wipers only come on on high and the washer fuid sprays nonstop. the only way to get the wipers to stop is to turn the truck off and the on again. I had to disconnect the washer pump because it would not stop running. Is this the harness? I know one of the connectors looks to be a little burned and some of the plastic is cracking off. I am going to see if the dealer has the harness and see if that will fix the problem. thanks for the help.

I have jacked with this all day, bought a harness repair kit from ford and everything. If I put the old switch in the wipers work fine and the ts quit, if i put the new switch in the wipers and washer pump goes crazy. I am so pissed i have to drive 700 miles tomorrow and this is about to drive me crazy.
Does anybody know if what fuse goes to the wiper motor? i guess that will be my last resort.
