Passenger side window does not mover. I do not Hear anything.
Looked the fuse box driver's side no luck , the fuse is good.
Please advise what should I look for.
Also my dash is half dark, the light on the tack is gone. How do i remove to replace it ?

If its doing nothing, the motor's shot. I just replaced the driver's side in my '99 today. Wasn't too difficult, but it does involve some drilling. The dash is probably a separate issue if the driver's side window is working.
