Intermittent Brake Lights

Title says it all....sometimes they work...other times they dont. I hear a clicking sound when I depress the brake...

Sensor? Relay?

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Try the BOO [brake on brake off] switch at the top of the brake pedal.

Can you get the truck out of park when you don't have brake lights?

brake lights

Truck is driveable with intermittant brake lights.....I hit the brakes hard and the lights seem to work now. I'm guessing there is some kind of switch on the pedal.

I wonder if its difficult to replace???

Yes there is and no it is not difficult. Sometimes it just needs adjusting, like mine did. You've just gotta fiddle with it basically.
