Grounding System on F-150 ('97)

Is the F-150, '97 4.6 a "positive" or "negative" grounding system?
Changing batteries and wanted to know. Six years out of a Motorcraft but replacing it with a Duralast 65-DLG. Thanks for the help.

Thank you... I thought it was and I removed the 'negative' ground first... but wanted to be sure. Appreciate the response.
