i have buy an FX4 supercrew 2006 4X4 with an 5.4 engine. This is an usa truck but i live in quebec canada and i want to know if it is possible to change the unit in the cluster. for the odometer it is not a problem i have no trouble with miles but for the temperature the onle thing i know it is the water freeze at 32 F. i have called my ford dealer and he want i bring the truck at the garage. I am sure it is not a big thing to change this. Some body can help me???

 

Do you have your owner's manual? I think you can change English to Metric, and visa versa, at the touch of a button on your information center.

 

sorry but this is not the same thing on a Lariat.On this one you have a full message center on a FX4 this is only a mini message center. I do not have the button you are talking

Read your owners manual on page 84. Trip to the dealer to reprogram the mini info center to metric

 

i have already see this page in my manual but i think the prog is not so hard to do. I am able to enter the prog mode by hold reset button down and turn key to ignition.The only thing i need is what i need to change in this mode
