Need to find the key power wire to hook up my pre-oiler from Amsoil. Anyone know how to find it and what color it might be? Not to mention the best place to splice in on?

 

There are MANY wires that come on with the key. The best one to use, and the best place to tap it, depend on what you're connecting, where it's mounted, where the control (if any) is mounted, and how YOU want it to behave.

Does this thing only have 1 power feed, or is there a constant power wire & a smaller wire that triggers it to come on? What do the instructions say to do?

 

It has one power feed. Comes on when you turn the key, cycles oil and builds pressure, then shuts down after the alarm goes of and reprimes itself.

 

What alarm? What do the instructions say?
