Reverse Fogs

Hey i finally got my fogs in, thanks again to edward for letting me use the carport. hopefully you found that bag of zipties next to your hose house. Here are the pics so far

Ill try and take some better pics in the light tomorrow of the fogs.
I also still need to aim them a little better.

Looking good. Im suprised they shine out that far, they look like they are pointed straight into the ground almost.

Are these just some cheapy Walmart like fogs?

Something I might have to try...

Yeah they are some cheap 3rd hand fogs (prolly from WM or Auto Parts store). We had to put a new bulb in one of them, but the fogs themselves i got for free

I still need to aim them a little bit wider spread to the side of the truck, but im very pleased with the results. I have to also wire in a switch at somepoint. Right now they come on any time the truck is in R.

Lookin nice. Good to see you did it the correct way with solder/heatshrink instead of skimping on stuff like that

Ussually I'm not to big on the whole lights under the truck.. Whether it is rock lights, neons, or whatever. But dang these are nice and would most defiantly be helpful at night. Good Job!

This looks like a nice Mod
I think I'll try it soon.

I think the ideal hookup would be to run some relays so that the lights will be on if either the backup or cargo lights are running. Then add an over-ride switch so they can be turned off. This way you can have it setup that whenever you hit the un-lock button on your keys the lights will come on with the cargo light.
... but I will need to do some research to get this to work
