Brake Lights Out

I have a 99 F-150 and all 3 brake lights are out, I don't have an owners mannual for it so not sure which fuse it is. I pulled every fuse in the passenger compartment with none bad. Are there any in the engine compartment that control this? If it is a ground wire malfuntion is there a central location they ground the lights ? I wouldn't think if 1 bulb blows it would affect all 3 lights any advice would be appreciated.

Check fuse F13 (or was it 15?) in the under-dash fuse box, followed by the brake light switch and the wiring at and near the connector.

If the fuse is blown, verify status of your cruise recall.
