turn switch replacment ????

turn switch replacment ????

I have a 2000 150 supercrew and my turn switch needs to be replaced. I want to know how to do it and what it will take and where can I get a switch for less than $100.? and is there a place online that has how to do it step by step ? I am nbot the richest man and I need to try or will this need spec, tools? Thank you for your help!

Click the tan CV in my signature & look in the Steering Column album.

But are you sure you need a new switch? It's usually the terminals pulling out of the connector because Ford made the wires too short & the driver tilting the column all the way down. NAPA & others sell a replacement connector shell, and it's easy to pull a little slack into the wires, then transfer them into the new shell & you're done.
