My 2000 f150 4x4 with a 5.4 has an odd problem. When I tilt the wheel into the down position neither blinker does anything when activated. When the steering wheel is in the up position the passenger side blinker works fine and the drivers side blinks real fast like a bad bulb and the front blinker doesn't work( the bulb is fine). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do a search on 'multifunction switch'. Sometimes the grease hardens and you loose connection on the switch. Mine would act up when it was below 30 outside.
