I had a post about some problems with my wipers coming on all of a sudden and i was told to has my windshield resealed. I still haven't done this so my problem now might be related. Anyways, if im going down the highway with the hvac on and i punch the gas to the floor the air/heat stops flowing until i let off. Any ideas, is this normal?

 

Of course it's not normal.

You have a vacuum leak. Look at the hose behind the battery (most common).
