airbag light flashes 5 2 fuse not blown

airbag light flashes 5 2 fuse not blown
My '98 F150 5.4 triton the airbag light flashes 5 2 for a series of 5 before staying on. I checked to see if it had blown the fuse but it is still good. Any advice?
