The easy one to use is the brown wire from the main headlamp switch.

This is the circuit for the parking lamps.

If you want to be able to adjust the brightness of the switch ( the illumination is not a LED ) you can use the output of the instrument cluster dimmer switch, which is a light blue w/ red stripe wire.
You can get to this right at the dimmer switch in the dash, or if you find it easier, the Light blue w/ red stripe wire is at the ash tray illumination.

These are the 2 ways to get an illuminated circuit.

Is the switch made to be illuminated at all times, or only when on ? The reason I ask, is most illuminated switches that I have seen, are made to be illuminated when turned on ( indicator lamp that it is active ).

Hope this helps.
