Running Light Help Needed

i have a 2000 f-150 supercab 4x4 lariat and today walking out of work i noticed my running lights were on but i checked the light switch and it was off, i fiddled with the switch, pulled the plug off and put it back on, pulled the battery cables off and put them back on and they wont turn off, i mean they turn off when i pull the battery cables off but come right back on when i attach them. So i was going to pull the fuse to turn them off and couldnt find one that would do it i swear i did anything with the word light in it. I checked the fuses under the hood also. I need help now i have to disconncet the battery when i park my truck, and i see this getting on my nerves real fast. Anybody know what fuse it is and also what could cause this? thanks for your help

If your talking about the Fog lamps under the front bumper, pull the relay for them in the fuse box under the hood. Contacts may be stuck closed.
If not those lights, it's still another relay with stuck contacts.
The cover shows the layout.
