2001 Supercrew with autolamp !I am currently experiencing trouble with my head lights blinking on and off! My foglight icon does not light up when the headlights blink out and comes back on when the headlights come back on! Now a have a just noticed that as i tilt my steering wheel all the way down they are off click it up a notch they come on, click it up another notch they go off and so on!! The bright lights will work but cant drive with those blindin things for very long!!!! I hav'nt torn the steering column apart but when i do if i find something out i'll keep ya posted! Thanx Guys an Girls

Is the blinking with the main headlamp switch in the on or auto position ?

These could be 2 different things, but I am going to take a stab in teh dark ( due to the column tilt comment ) and say you have an issue with your connector to the MFS.

here is a thread with a few ideas, and the test of the MFS :

Let us know about the switch selection when having the problem, and if you take the steering wheel column cover off, and find anything strange with the connector, and we can go from there.

Good luck

It is in the on position! I dont use tha auto lights cause you can not use the fog lights with the switch in tha Autolamp mode! I also use the heck outta the tilt wheel and always have since i bought it! Its been a great truck! Ps. i like the way the BF. Goodrich All terrain K/O's have worn on it at 62000 miles 0n the tires mostly city driven and i drive it hard! 84500 miles on the truck!
Thanx SSCULLY
