04 f150 blowing fuses. ANY HELP?

04 f150 blowing fuses. ANY HELP?
I was doing some work on my 04 f150 and now it is blowing fuses. #2, #10, #24 or all blowing. WHY? I may have damaged a wire in the kick panels I guess but how can I find out. I inspected the wiring and didn't see any issues. Anyone with any help???
