i am looking into getting a remote start for my 01 lariat and want to know the best unit and ease of install on these. i already have the alarm and remote entry but lost the remotes so is there a good system that will leet me use my factory alarm and keyless entry and just program them in there? help will be very appreciated!!!

 

i have a crime stopper that makes it so i can use my keyless and start my truck and shut my truck off...that was 2 years ago now they are dirt cheap...a full security system at an auto shop with remote start runs 200

 

Contact Travis at www.kcautosound.com I believe he has a system that will work with your factory keyless remote. All you have to do is hit lock three times and it will start your truck. Don't remember the model number though. He also has two really cool single button starters. One remote is about an inch square and the other is a long cylinder.
