Would installing a relay fix this problem?

I installed power windows in my 05 supercab today. I used the OEm Ford regulators. Driverside works perfect up and down are fasssssssst.

The passenger side is slooooooooooow going up?! I figure it is because the looooooooong wire harness from the driver's side to the passengers side power windo motor.

So, I guess I need to install a relay? Am I correct? Okay, what's a relay where can I get one "Radio Shak or Auto Parts" How do I wire it.

Any help would be appreciated...

Unless you circled the wires to the rear and back to the front 15 times before going to the pass side, or unless you used 20 AWG wire, this should not be the case.

OEM install does not use a relay for the windows, only for the OTD function for the driver's side.
On the surface this does not seem like an electrical problem, but a mechanical problem.
I would check the position of the motor, to see if it is binding first.

And be careful because mechanical binding creates a larger amperage draw -- meaning you're going to blow a fuse...or if your fuse is rated at a higher capacity than the wires you used, you're going to melt that wire.

I checked to see if it was binding adjusting and readjusting 100 times. Nothing worked. I even greased the tracks of the regulators and it did not help. I looked at this thing over and over again tried it with the bolts tightened and untightened.... The wiring harnes is about 8 feet long...

Again, unless you used 20 AWG wire for it, this is not a concern.
Start to worry about wire length when you hit 150'. That is the length for the de-ratting of the ampacity of a wire size.

John, the other replies you got are telling you that unless you used to small a wire size, the distance you ran wire is not long enough to cause that much voltage drop (normally).
You either have drag in the window operation or the motor is faulty.
To satisfy and determine more closely what the problem is, measure the current draw of both sides and compare or measure voltage at the motors during operation and compare.
If you have a high draw/low voltage on one, it proves something.
Good luck.
