Power Windows & Internal Lamp Issue

I have a 99' Ford F150 XLT and Basically, I stupidely had the truck on, and was distracted by a few people jammed in the car, and tried to start the ignition on an already running car. It made a clicking noise, and the truck kind off died out. Turned on fine after I returned key

Ever since then, my internal lamp, and power windows do not work. So I checked the manual, found the fuse that is connected to the internal lamps and power windows.

The fuse was indeed blown. (15A) SO I replaced the fuse, and then the power windows were working and internal lamp as well. About 10-15 minutes into driving however, the fuse will bust again, just randomly.

I have tried many 15A fuses, and even a 20a, and they all eventually bust within 10-15 minutes.

Any help would be much appreciated on this matter?

Thanks in advance

You're saying the fuse blows even if you're NOT using the windows?

Well that is a good question.

I think it pops when the internal lamp or windows are being used.

If the windows are up, then when I open the door, i'll hear a little "tick" noise and the internal lamp will turn off, and the fuse will be blown.

What if the windows are down when you open the door? What about if you force the inside lights on with the headlight switch? What if you open the passenger door instead?
