Lots of electrical problems, please help

Where should I begin...

I have a 1999 F150 XLT with the 4.6L and all electric. I have 3 major problems with my electrical system and I am hoping that you all can help me out.

The first problem is the notorious digital odometer which I am not going to ask about because I've found all the info on the forum and I'm in the process of fixing it. The reason I bring it up is that it comes up in my next problem.

The second is my power windows which have gone out. One night about a week ago I discovered I couldn't roll up either window. I check the fuse box and found the it had blown so I replaced the fuse with one from another system in the box (power driver seat) and the windows worked fine. The next day the same problem occured but as far as I can tell the new fuse isn't blown. (It's one of the MAXI fuses and I don't hear the tell-tale rattle). I then tried disconnecting the battery to reset everything and when I tried the roll up the window again it didnt function and my odometer readout started freaking out. It would flash very quickly sometimes reading the mileage sometimes zeros. I replaced the fuse again and was able to rollup the windows and they again stopped working. Any ideas? I'm thinking the two are somehow shorting together.

The third problem has been around for a longtime now. My power doorlocks haven't worked for sometime. The remote doesn't work and neither do the switches on the armrests. It started with the passenger side working intermittently then not at all and then the drivers side following suit. Any suggestions or good threads about this problem?

Thanks for your help.
