Need Driver Side Mirror (with Turn Signal & Heated)!!

Need Driver Side Mirror (with Turn Signal & Heated)!!
Last Sunday while trying to get out of a not too wide driveway I busted my driver side mirror. The glass shatters and fell off, the insides broke, and the whole enclosure was busted. I managed to put it back together with wire but I need to replace this thing. I need help finding out where to get it in the net or should I just go to the dealer and get it there?
I’m just trying to get as cheap as possible. My truck is a 2004 SCREW new style body. The mirror has to be heated, power and have the turn signal on it. I’ll post pictures of the damage later

I think I got mine from fastparts when someone cleared the mirror off the dirver's side, street parking on fullerton Ave in Chicago
