When I try to un-lock the passenger side door, by using the driver side button, it makes a sound like it wants to open the lock, and you can see the locking mechanism vibrating trying to un-lock, but it just does not happen. At first I thought it was a contact problem but it is making contact, and something electrical is definitely happening,

I just do not know what.

I sprayed w-d down into the switch area to no avail.

Is it tight to pull the lock by hand up and down?
If it has the same resistance as the other locks, its just the solenoid that pooped out, or so it sounds.

If it is binding, find out why, lubrication, bent rod, mis-aligned door panel...
