i turned my blinker on, the instrument panel indicator flashed rapidly for about 3 seconds and all my blinkers and hazards stopped working, as well as the instrument panel indicators. however my high and low headlights work, as well as the fog all brake lights. wtf? i've checked all the bulbs, fuses and relays (except for the one that's supposed to be "under the instrument panel"...we couldn't find it!). any suggestions?!
