Driver's Side Windshield Squirter is not Working

This probably doesn't qualifies as a "Electrical Problem" but I couldn't find a more suitable Forum

I had this problem a few months back, the squirter on the driver's side would not spray water when I activated them, I first thought I may had a obstructed line, I tried to clean the line that goes from the passenger’s side squirter to the driver's side squirter with no luck, after a few weeks both squirters started working fine again, I did nothing. I had forgotten about the problem, but yesterday the problem came back, the driver's side squirter is not working.

This time I did notice this, when I was about to run out of washer fluid the fault started, the driver’s side squirter started spraying less water then usual, I refilled the washer fluid reservoir and that's when it got worst and stopped working.

Any of you guys nows what could be happening?

I would try to blow out the lines, sounds like you have a clogged port.

I had that too, I just set an air compressor to about 30 PSI and blew out the lines. It didn't get fixed until I disconnected the hose, and blew out the nozzle/jet from the outside of the hood in.

Hope that helps.

It has to be contamination in the line. Disconnect it somewhere (the closer to the actual sprayer the better) and THEN blow it out backward. You can use a water hose blasting on the outside of the sprayer to force the obstruction out. Also, check your reservoir for contamination. It has to be coming from somewhere.

I'll try that in a few, let you know how it goes. Thanks
