where is it on a 97 f150 xlt

 

actually let me rephrase this im trying to put fog lamps on i have no power in the fuse box below my dash and no power at the plug ends under my bumper. am i missing something like a relay and/or is the final connection made in the fog light light switch. i clicked it out but still no power whats going on?

please help me out
