I have an 03 SuperCrew. What is the best IN DASH navigation system to use to take up the double din size factory radio???

 

your gonna have to make some modifications to your dash to accomodate a double din size navigation unit. the 97-03 F-150s are a "din and a half"; not the full double din size that some mistake them for. it can and has been done, but its not a simple plug and play. You will have to do some trimming and cutting on the mounting hardware and the dash inner-workings to make it fit. and once this has been done it more than likely can not be reversed so if you ever wanted to sell the truck your faced with finding a way to put a normal radio back in the truck to sell it.
